What happens before, during & after my mentoring session?

There are seven steps to a Smartner mentoring session.  They are all quick, simple and helpful:

Submit an online mentor request form

Step 1: Mentor Request Form

A Smartner specialist will call you to discuss your project before matching you with a mentor

Step 2: Pre-Match Call

Your Smartner specialist will send you contact information and details about the mentor they have selected for you

Step 3: Mentor Intro Info

You and your mentor will talk on the phone to plan the details of your mentoring session(s)

Step 4: Planning Call

You and your mentor will work on your project together, in one or more mentoring sessions

Step 5: Your Mentoring Session(s)

Your Smartner specialist will send you an online invoice for payment

Step 6: Payment

You and your mentor will both provide online feedback on the session

Step 7: Feedback
